LOXLEY Upskills Employees to Enhance Sustainability Awareness through the ESG DNA Program

Loxley Public Company Limited, together with Loxbit Public Company Limited, both under the Loxley Group, has launched a pilot initiative to strengthen employees’ sustainability competencies through the foundational course “ESG DNA: Sustainability Knowledge for Employees at All Levels,” organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
The program aims to provide employees with a solid understanding of sustainability principles and the fundamentals of sustainable business practices, supporting the Company’s transition toward long term business sustainability. Participation was highly positive, with more than 70 percent of employees completing the course and passing the assessment, with 97 percent from Loxley PLC and 80 percent from Loxbit PLC, meeting the SET certification criteria. This initiative also aligns with the Company’s commitment to deliver at least 20 hours of training per employee each year.
In recognition of this achievement, both companies were awarded ESG DNA Certificates on 26 August 2025 for exceeding the 70 percent completion benchmark. Dr. Dawarit Tansuphasiri, Executive Vice President of Corporate Human Capital and Support Admin Division and Head of the Sustainability Development Working Group at Loxley PLC, and Mr. Wut Supunno, Chief Operating Officer of Loxbit PLC, received the certificates on behalf of their organizations. The awards were presented by Dr. Soraphol Tulayasathien, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Initiatives Division, and Head of Sustainable Market Development Division, SET, at the Sukree Kaewcharoen Auditorium, Stock Exchange of Thailand Building.
