Bonds due 2005

Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to
report on the conversion of US$100,000,000 3.5% Convertible Bonds
due 2005, convertible into shares of the Company from, and including,
20th July, 1995 up to, and including, 20th March, 2005. Bondholders
may submit a Conversion Notice at any time during the conversion
period but the conversion date for any Conversion Notice submitted
during the calendar month will be the last business day in Bangkok
of that calendar month.
Please be advised that the Company have not had any
conversions for the above bonds for the month of November 1999.
