Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit
the Company and consolidated yearly financial statements ended December 31,
2008.
The Company has an operating result changed more than 20% compared
to the same period at previous year. From the consolidated financial
statements, the Company has profit from operation of Baht 133 million.
However; in 2008, the Company recognized an impairment loss of Baht 2,119.81
million in
the investment in TT&T Public Company Limited. The figure represents the
cumulative amount of fair value changes previously recorded in equity that has
been reversed to the statements of income as an impairment loss.
