Loxley Hosts “Legal Consideration in Contract Management” Training
The Project Investment and Investment Department of Loxley Public Company Limited organized a training session titled “Legal Consideration in Contract Management” to raise awareness of essential legal aspects and risks involved in contract management. The session aimed to strengthen understanding of legal vulnerabilities and improve contract governance practices.
Ms. Rungpiyatida Srikong, a legal governance specialist and contract management advisor, served as the keynote speaker. She delivered insightful sessions on topics such as: relevant laws and regulations concerning contract administration, key considerations in dealing with contracting parties, and legal perspectives on contract management.
The event attracted strong interest, with more than 100 participants including director, executives and staff members from Loxley and its subsidiaries.
The training was honored by the presence of Mr. Suroj Lamsam, Chief Executive Officer and President of Loxley, who presided over the opening ceremony. The event was warmly welcomed by Mr. Boonlert Jaimun, Senior Vice President of the Project Investment and Evaluation Department, and took place at the 18th Floor, Loxley Building, Khlong Toei.
