Loxley Presents Certificates to Graduates of the First Executive Leadership Development Program
Loxley Public Company Limited held a certificate presentation ceremony for participants who successfully completed the Executive Leadership Development Program – Class 1.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Dhongchai Lamsam, Chairman of the Board, who also presented the certificates to the graduates following their final group project presentations to the Company’s executives. The event was held at the 18th Floor Conference Room, Loxley Headquarters, on 5 November 2024.
The Executive Leadership Development Program is a collaborative initiative between Loxley Public Company Limited and DeOne Academy, designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of employees at the Assistant Vice Presidents to Senior Vice Presidents level. The program focuses on strengthening management skills, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency—supporting the Company’s long-term goals for sustainable organizational development.
