Clarification of News or Information Tor.1/2554 28 January 2011 Subject: Subsidiary joined the e-auction of the Construction of the 3G Network Project To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Loxley Public Company Limited ("the Company") was informed from Loxley Wireless Company Limited, a subsidiary which the Company holds 99% of its shares, that "SL Consortium" which was formed between the subsidiary and Samart Communication Services Company Limited in the percentage of 35% and 65% respectively and has objective to bid the Construction of the Third Generation of Mobile Telephone Network Project (3G). The consortium truly joined the e-auction. TOT Public Company Limited will inform the result to the Company later. Please be informed accordingly.
